Ugly Appearance: Inferior workmanship and materials are the main cause of the unattractive small buildings offered to you, the consumer, today

Premature Floor Rotting: We have eliminated  this problem by using a four component floor system.  We use only ACQ treated skids, floor joists and plywood.  We shim the shed with concrete patio blocks to level.  Combined these components make up a well ventilated, bug and rot free floor system.  If a floor system isn't built with ACQ pressure materials it is not wise to consider buying the building.

Condensation and/or Leaks: This problem is common in metal sheds. We eliminate most condensation by building our sheds with wood.  A well ventilated building reduces condensation.   Our buildings set on ACQ 4"X4" skids and patio blocks; providing adequate ventilation.  Proper roofing materials and installation of these materials prevent leaks.  Our roofs have a 25 year guarantee.

Inability to Have a Building Customized to Your Specifications:  Most shed companies do not build custom sheds.  They purchase sheds from other sources and can not change them to meet your needs.  They sell basic run of the mill buildings.  We build in our own shop and buy from local vendors to keep the economy in the Capital District strong.  This enables us to fulfill your requirements.

Local Ordinance Problems:  This problem is one you will have to solve on your own.  As the customer, you are responsible for all permits.  We strongly advise you to visit the Building Dept. in your town and take care of these matters before ordering a shed or other building.

Door Issues: Since the doors are used and abused more than any other part of the shed, it is expected that you will have problems with them.  Our doors are problem free due to quality materials and workmanship.  They are built to last the lifetime of the shed and are hinged on heavy duty T-hinges.

Flimsy Construction: Most companies are looking to cut costs to raise profits.  This usually leads to poor construction and low quality.  An Outback Creation's Shed/Building is constructed more similar to home construction using only quality materials and built with pride.

Untrained Personnel:   I train every carpenter/assembler to my standards.  Nothing less than the highest quality workmanship is allowed at our shop.  Old, bad habits are soon forgotten or employees are replaced.
